Solution: Let the number be x
=(2/3)x - (3/5)x = 1
=2x/3 - 3x/5 = 1
=Take LCM,
=LCM is 15
=2x/3 × 5/5 - 3x/5 × 3/3 = 1
=10x/15 - 9x/15 = 1
=(10x - 9x)/15 = 1
=1x = 15
=x = 15
